Facebook App Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta's Platform Terms, this page explains how to request deletion of your data from Saasco. If you have used your Facebook account to log into Saasco and would like to delete your data from our system, you have several options:

Manual Option 1: Delete Your Account

You can delete your Saasco account directly from within the application:

1. Log into your Saasco account
2. Navigate to Account Settings
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion

When you delete your account, all associated data will be automatically removed from our systems within 30 days, including any data that was originally obtained through Facebook Login.

Manual Option 2: Email Request

Alternatively, you can email us directly to request data deletion:

Please include the following information in your email:

• The email address associated with your Saasco account
• Confirmation that you want to delete all your data
• Any additional details that might help us identify your account

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your account profile information
• Any data obtained through Facebook Login (name, email, profile picture)
• Your projects and associated data
• Usage analytics and logs
• Any other personal information we have collected

Technical Implementation

Saasco implements Facebook's data deletion callback system. When you remove our app from your Facebook settings, we receive an automated signed request containing your app-scoped user ID. This triggers our data deletion process automatically.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation number and can track the status of your request. A confirmation email will be sent once your data has been successfully deleted from our systems.
