Enable Shortlink

Adds the hostname to Vercel so custom-domain shortlinks resolve. If DNS already verifies, project members get a verification email. Otherwise status stays PENDING until Verify Shortlink succeeds.

Enable Link Tracking

Sets the tracking host to trackingSubdomain (default links) and issues the tracking CNAME. Changing it re-issues DNS, and Resend allows one change per 24 hours.
