Social Proof templates

What an agent needs to create notification templates from the product's real events.

This page writes the notification sentences. Turning the widget on is Set up Social Proof.

1. Use the Saasco MCP

If Saasco is not connected, read https://www.saasco.com/docs/mcp.mdx and follow the steps for this client. Sign in, allowing "Create and change data in your projects". Search with saasco_search_tools, then run the tool with saasco_execute_tool.

Pass project id YOUR-PROJECT-ID. On a connection scoped with ?projectId=, omit projectId.

2. One template per real event

Read track() calls in the repo and recent events from analytics_queryEvents. Call socialProof_getConfig so you do not duplicate a template that already matches an event.

Call socialProof_upsertTemplate for each real event a visitor would care about, usually Signed Up and anything else the product actually sends. The sentence should read like Someone from {location} just signed up {timeAgo}. Use the tool's input schema for the fields. Do not invent events the product does not track.

Search saasco_search_tools for socialProof_upsertTemplate and follow that schema. Stop when each real event you chose has one template.

Set up Social Proof

What an agent needs to install the SDK and turn Social Proof notifications on.

Set up Feedback

What an agent needs to give a Feedback board its topics and visibility.
