Write the widget copy
What an agent needs to set the Support widget's greeting and suggested questions.
This page sets the words on the widget. Making the widget load is Set up Support. Articles the agent answers from are Populate the knowledge base.
1. Use the Saasco MCP
If Saasco is not connected, read https://www.saasco.com/docs/mcp.mdx and follow the steps for this client. Sign in, allowing "Create and change data in your projects". Search with saasco_search_tools, then run the tool with saasco_execute_tool.
Pass project id YOUR-PROJECT-ID. On a connection scoped with ?projectId=, omit projectId.
2. Write the copy from the product
Read the repo and the public site. Call support_getSupportWidgetCopy, then support_updateSupportWidgetCopy. Put only the fields you are changing inside widgetCopy. A field you omit stays as it is.
