THE WORK BEHIND THE WORK

The right message still needs the right moment.

A signup, a visit, or another meaningful event can create a useful opening. Keeping track of every one manually makes thoughtful follow-up hard to repeat.

Connect an event to the next action. Send an email, add a delay, and check audience criteria along the way. Keep the flow visible so your team can understand what happens next.

BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU WORK

A little thought up front. Better follow-through every day.

Turn customer events into clear, repeatable email journeys. A visual builder for triggers, sends, delays, and audience checks, with runs you can inspect.

01 / START WITH SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED

The right signal. The right first step.

Choose a tracked event and add entry conditions. A signup, a purchase, or a trial can start a useful follow-up. The journey begins with something your customer actually did.

  • Tracked events as workflow triggers
  • Customer conditions at entry

02 / MAKE THE LOGIC LEGIBLE

A journey your whole team can follow.

Connect Send Email, Delay, and Audience Filter steps on a visual canvas. Give people time, check the properties that matter, and send the next campaign when the journey reaches it.

  • Campaign-based Send Email actions
  • Delays in minutes, hours, or days
  • Explicit audience checks along the path

03 / AUTOMATION WITH VISIBILITY

You set it up. You can still see what happened.

Inspect workflow runs and logs. Control repeat entry with maximum runs and a minimum delay. Activate, pause, or deactivate the workflow as your process changes.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

More on Workflows.
Or ask us directly

Which actions are available today?+

Send Email, Delay, and Audience Filter. Combine them to send a campaign, give someone time to act, and check whether the next message is still relevant.

Can joining a list trigger a workflow?+

Workflows start from a tracked event, with optional contact conditions. To start a journey when someone signs up, track that signup event. List membership alone does not trigger a workflow.

Can the same person enter more than once?+

Yes, with Every Time frequency. Maximum Runs and Minimum Delay settings help control repeated entry.

What happens when I pause?+

Pausing retains queued contacts for up to 24 hours. Review your timing before using a long pause as part of a live journey.

Are audience conditions continuously checked?+

Conditions are evaluated at the steps where you add them. Place an Audience Filter after a delay when you want to check a customer’s latest details before continuing.
